In this leadership role, I managed a team of 15+ members, overseeing the publication of a monthly journal widely read by thousands in Kaunas city, focusing on collaboration with partners, leading content creation for social media, writing articles and interviews, and editing contributions, resulting in the successful publication of several issues.

In this role, I lead a team of 15+ writers, graphic designers, delivery guys and others. The journal was published every month and read by thousands of citizens in Kaunas city.

Collaborating with existing and potential partners, financial supporters, organizations and the printing house
Leading a team of writers, graphic designers delivery guys other members of the team (15+ members)
Creating content for Social Media, such as Facebook.
